Team Attends AIC HQ for Specialised Product Training
This autumn, our team enjoyed visiting Edinburgh for specialised product training at the AIC (Advanced Industrial Components) HQ.
AIC was founded in 2001 and rapidly became an internationally recognised specialist in the design, engineering and manufacture of stainless steel and titanium heat exchangers.
Hosted by the expert AIC team, our team participated in an engaging and comprehensive product training session.
Key highlights of the AIC manufacturer training included:
- Current Product Specifications: Detailed insights into AIC’s product lineup and how to customise solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Product Installation Best Practices: Step-by-step guidance on the installation process, highlighting specific requirements for each AIC product.
- Planned Maintenance Schedules: Strategies to create efficient maintenance plans based on installed appliances and overall system integration.
- Critical Spare Stock Profiling: Ensuring that essential componentry is known and available to the client.
- Structured Fault-Finding: Comprehensive training on the latest fault-finding methods and troubleshooting sequences for specific appliances and scenarios.
