Project Description:
Periodic examination of steam boilers to a suitably approved written scheme of examination is a mandatory requirement of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) 2000.
The operation of boilers by suitably competent operators is a mandatory requirement of the Provision of Use and Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) 1998.
We are proud to be appointed to undertake both tasks for Synthomer, one of the world leaders in polymer solutions.
Our mechanical, combustion and boiler operation teams have assisted the site staff since 2022, with a full 60-month insurance inspection preparation alongside ad hoc BOAS-certified operator cover.
