Insurance Inspections (Pressure Systems)

We work closely with insurers and clients to prepare and test pressure vessels in compliance with required standards. Beyond meeting mandatory insurance inspection requirements, we can also tailor our services to include any necessary remediation or system upgrades.

Under Regulation 9 of the Pressure Safety Systems Regulations (PSSR), all pressure systems must be periodically examined by a Competent Person (CP) in accordance with a Written Scheme of Examination (WSE).

To support this, we prepare pressure vessels including boilers, calorifiers, blowdown vessels, safety valves, and pressure reducing valves on your behalf. We then address any remediation identified by the CP and provide expert advice on safe operation and compliance as needed.
